SAMRA Show

I received a call last night from Paul Lawler (210-218-4872) who is with the 
SAMRA organization.  They have invited us to set up a layout at their show 
on February 7 & 8 at the Live Oak Center.  (There will also be a Friday 
night set up from 2-9pm.)  They have offered to donate $100.00 to the club's 
treasury, supply us with as many passes as we need, and want us to set up a 
30'x30' layout or larger. I forgot to ask about a raffle.

This year they will try and have the O gauge vendors around the O gauge 
layout, the HO vendors around the HO layouts, etc. and have already sold 
over 50% of the 200+ vendor tables.

I told Paul I was 99% sure the club would want to attend the show but I 
would get back with him with a firm answer.

Let me know if you think the club should attend and what size/shape layout 
we want to set up.  It doesn't sound like we're limited on the layout size 
but Paul would like to have the dimensions as soon as possible so they can 
work on their floor plan.
