I like the number 2 better because it exposes one more module to the
public than the other one if I assume they will only be able to get to
two sides of the layout.  Then even another is only across a corner to
see it.  I do not think that the reduction of interior space will be a
problem since we are not expecting a large club turn out.  If space would
allow a 5x5 that would be better still.
