Route to Flatonia

Suggest you take 71 east to Smithville...first exit.  (RT. 95 ?).  This takes 
you direct to Flatonia just one block west of the Civic Center.  Last year 95 
was underconstruction and Scott and I went about five miles further to West 
Point and then went south.  This brings you to 95 just north of Flatonia.  
The exit to west point is on the left.  Follow that road to the four way stop 
and then go right...south.

I'll check with Tommy to see if 95 is still under construction.
