In case you have not heard, I have agreed to be president of the club
this year.  I am counting on significant participation from every member
to make my role easier.  A key part of this will be the show coordinator.
 Every show or run will need a coordinator to take care of the details.

I have volunteered for the New Braunfels show in April.  Bob is taking
care of Flatonia, Ron get the AMRE one done.  I think Ron is also doing
the Austin Train Jamboree.  I think Jim will take care of the fun run in
Dec.

We need someone to step up for the SAMRA show in Feb.  now is the time to
be working on this.  Also the GATS show in June.

I have purchased 2 Safari sets for Raffle items.  Under $60 each.  WE are
therefore set for the 2 October runs with Raffle.

Is anyone interested in making our Dec. fun run also a club Swap Meet. 
Everyone can bring their train items that they want to sell or swap for
something else.  If everyone participates we would have quite a lot of
things to look at.

I would like to get a count of the standard modules that are not
currently in the trailer.  I know that there are several under
construction.  Only include those that you would eventually store in the
trailer.  

Specialty modules and scenery would be good to document as well.. You can
add those items to the excel file attached to make a central list.  email
it back to me with your additions.
