Stuff on web site

Over the week-end Steve added a couple documents to the members area of our 
web site.  They include:

1.) minutes from the August 24 Directors Meeting.

2.) Burnet Show Coordination Document.

3.) AMRE Show Coordination Document.

The show coordination documents are the forms we've been using to make sure 
we have everything ready for an event. If you get a chance take a look at 
them before Thursday's meeting so we can see if anything needs to be 
improved.  They're designed to help any member coordinate an event.

If you haven't yet, please let me know if you plan on attending Thursday 
evening.
