Re: Burnet Update

Randall & Ryan Howell are planning on attending however, my work has a
possible (large project) work day planned for that Friday after the 10pm news
till we get finished. My guess it it will take till mid afternoon Saturday before
we can all leave. But this date has already been moved back 4 times, and
this week is looking like it may be postponed again. I should know the firm
plans for this week by 1 week out.

That said if I don't go the whole time it's up in the air as to when I can get
free, but planning for late Saturday & all day Sunday is almost a safe bet.

Here's what I want to do if I'm not tied up with work:

1. I will be there Friday (taking the day off from work), Saturday & Sunday.
2. I can help set up, run both days, & strike, prefer no FAT controller, yet.
3. I am very interested in the Train ride & dinner. I would like to take both
Myself, Ryan & my Mom. ( that puts me at 2 extra full tickets, are they
refundable should I have to work that late Saturday, (even then I might be
able to get Ryan & my Mom up the for it...) Ron, call me before you place
the order. cell=917-2451)
4. I can tow the trailer both ways or definitely the trip back. (In fact, if I get it
Thursday night I can put the "Reflective red/white Tape" on the trailer that
Bob & I are working on)

The only other requirement of my time (most likely of Bob as well, is that I
will also be helping set up, Run & Strike the "Heart of Texas G-Gaugers"
layout. As to date I have not heard where HOT GG will be setting up. It
could be in the same building making this double duty much easier.
