Trailer Loading Instructions for Review
One of the items on our to do list is to have a written set of instruction
on how to load the trailer. This should help speed up the process of
loading the trailer and will let you know how its done in case you haven't
had the opportunity to do it.
The number 1 purpose in packing the trailer is to keep everything from
moving around and to keep things protected. After the GATS Show ALL of the
shelves were full. Other than the two new corner modules, if it is not in
the trailer right now it will not go in. Any future modules will have to be
transported by members. The floor space is also pretty tight at this time.
If we add any more items to the floor in the trailer it will make it a big
job getting to stuff as we would have to unpack the trailer partially.
Adrian, who has had several opportunities to load the trailer, developed the
attached procedure. Please review it and send any comments or questions
back to me by March 18, 2002. Once they are finalized we'll post them on
the web site and put a copy in the trailer.
Thanks--Ron
