Ron or some one put a piece of molding on the outside edge of one module
that the glass would drop into, faster than clamping.  Also provides a
location for the Velcro.  We would only need 3" above deck.  This looks
good and is easy.

If  we lower, someone would have to put a hem in the skirt material to
shorten them.
