layout plans

I have included the plan I put together for Flatonia and a blank version
for a 5 by 5 and a 5 by 6 layout.  Just fill in the blank squares with
what type of module should be there.  Hopefully this will make things a
little easier for the set up fat controller.  It helped me quite a bit
in Flatonia.

Don't forget about the extra modules that usually make it to the events
such as Ira's trolley modules, Scott's accessory and spur track modules,
Adrian's oil field module, Ed's bridge modules, Rick's bridge module,
and at BCE Jim's interior yard modules......Have I forgotten any
modules?, I probably have.  If so please respond with how many and what
kind so we can start to keep track of what modules we have available.

When we unload the trailer at GATS we need to make a inventory of the
modules so we will know how many ABCD, ABCE, transition, etc. modules we
have at our disposal. I believe we have 4 transitions and 4 corners for
now but I am not sure on the others.
