Re: plugs

We should probably lay our eyes on the harness wires and follow them
individually across the module. We should look for:

1. bad solder connections
2. broken solder connections
3. broken wires
4. missing wires
5. wires that have come unattached from jones plug
6. wires shorting inside jones plug.
7. bad harness to track jumper wires
8. bad jumper wire to track connections.

on #6, the connectors in the jones plug can move around quite a bit, enough to
contact the adjacent connector if each connector/wire is not insulated. we
probably should check all jones plugs to make sure they all have insulation
where the wire is soldered onto the connector.

Old Jones plugs may be the culprit. If it is found that the plug is bad due to
plating missing or a worn out loose connector I would recommend replacing the
plug.
