cheat sheets

Hi guys,

I'm gonna whip up some cheat sheets to help us out when operating.  I was
thinking originally about using poster board cuz it's big and will be easy
to read.  But we really don't have anyplace to hang such a thing.

So, then I thought maybe a set of 8x11 sheets with big fonts so their easily
readable, and plastic sleeves to protect them.  Then maybe bind them
together with a single large ring at the top (or two rings at the top).
Then make 4 copies of these so that there will be plenty lying around the
operating area.  Does that sound ok?

Anybody got other suggestions for how to best create these?
