New Braunfels Show

Just wanted to let you know that I contacted Jim Burns this afternoon about 
setting up our layout at the New Braunfels Model Railroad Jamboree.  The 
Jamboree will be held on April 20, 2002 at the New Braunfels Civic Center 
from 9am to 5pm.  The layouts are set up in a church annex which is about a 
block from the Civic Center.

I stopped by the show last year and they had a lot of room for layouts and 
it looked like it would be easy to set up the layout.  Last year they had 
every scale but O gauge and they also donated money to each club that set 
up a layout.  I didn't get any details yet from Jim about this year's show 
but I'll contact him again in January to see if we get invited.

In the mean time, check your schedules and see if this would be a 
good  outing for the club.
