Re: raffle item?



I did buy a 1980s set for a raffle item but we do not have to use it.  We
could set it up and run it advertisement of the raffle.  We could keep it
to a simple layout set or be more elaborate if we include the other
things it came with.  Alternatively we  (I) could sell off the other
items and thus lower the cost of the set.  I ran the set Sun, just before
we closed.  and Sante Fe Alco AB with 4 cars and caboose with track and
transformer.  Extra items include small bridge, 4 switches, 2 trestle
sets, more track, 2 extra cars.

I can try to liquidate this if we do not want to try something used.

Bob wanted a set like this to keep with the 4x8 layout.  An alternate
proposal I can go with too.
