Bill,
You apparently don’t understand the geometry of the layouts.
If we have the same space as last year, we have enough space for
a 6 x 2 rectangular layout using the 90 degree corners.
To do an L-shape layout, we need enough room for a rectangular
layout using the 45 degree corners which is 2 x 2 modules
larger than the finished layout. For example, to do a 6 x 2
L-shape
we the equivalent space for an 8 x 4 rectangle using the 45 degree
corners, which is about 4’ wider and longer than the same rectangle
using the 90 degree corners. That means we would need the space
for a 9 x 5 rectangle using the 90 degree corners to fit a 6 x 2
L-shape.
Unless they are giving us much more space than they gave us last
year, an L-shape just doesn’t fit.
In the years when we did an L-shape they gave us a much larger
space.
