Re: Garden Ridge TCA Layout

For what it's worth, the feedback I've heard over the years from the members is that they (we) really like the L shaped layouts when we can do them.

So, how about doing an L shaped layout like we did for a couple of previous (2010 and 3011) Garden Ridge shows.  They're on the website under "Articles".  No need to start from scratch as we know they fit -- if we're getting the same space?  The May 2010 was an L shaped 6 X4 and we managed to fit it in nicely.  The May 2011 was a 6 X 3 and it also fit with a happy fire marshal and show coordinator.

Hi Paul,

According to the Event Coordination document, neither Rick nor Ricky will be there,
so we don’t have the big city scene.

I think we can just use the 6 modules opposite the yard (probably all ABCD modules)
for the circus/carnival.  One of the end modules will be the entry module, and
one can hold the industrial scene (i.e. David’s grain elevator).

If I get a chance tonight (?????) I may throw together a speculated layout along
those lines.  If not, we can wing it when we get to Garden Ridge.
