Item for board meeting Monday night - GTE layout application



Ricky et al,

 

Attached is the blank LAYOUT APPLICATION for the Great Train Expo event coming up

February 09 & 10, 2013 Houston, TX Reliant Park. It’s already on the TTAT schedule at information stage.

 

I discussed this briefly with Ira, Scott, and Rick at the workday last Saturday. Here are the preliminaries:

 

1.       We will ask for 60’ x 40’ layout area with 50 x 30 as our minimum space requirement. Max ? x ?

2.       We will accept the standard honorarium of $150 for layouts over 500 sq. ft.

3.       Require 3? 8’ x 30” tables. We’ll set them up inside the layout.

4.       We required electricity – 120VAC @ 20?amp minimum.

5.       Total of 8? exhibitor badges.

6.       Do we want a club table to sell/display club merchandise?

7.       Anything else we should ask for or require?

 

After we decide on these items, I’ll fill out the form, get Ricky or Scott to sign it, and mail it in.
