Austin Holiday Layout

I just completed the Event Coordination Document for the Holiday Layout. This is a huge event for the club. This is our third holiday season to be open downtown. The community is starting to get to know of us being there. We have talked to several people at other events about us being there and several have asked us if we will be there again. We are trying to get the word out to as many as we can. We will be holding a raffle again this year as well as having the $5 train run for the kids and kids at heart. This has been a huge revenue builder for the club. While we are set up downtown, we will be using some time to do some work on as many modules as we can to get the wiring and leg conversion done. More upcoming on that. Please take as much time as you can to participate and make this event even more successful than it was last year.
