Austin Model Railroad Jamboree

Hi,

This coming weekend is the Austin Model Railroad Jamboree.  This is the only
regularly scheduled local train show.  We are signed up to be on the layout tour
for the show.

We will set up the layout downtown at 117 Lavaca Street (like two years ago) and
leave the layout set up through January.

Please go to the event coordination document

and indicate your participation in the show.

We can set up the layout on Friday evening or Saturday morning, since we advertised
we would be open to the public starting at noon.  If we set up on Saturday, the people
participating in set up won't be able to go to the show, see the dealer's tables, etc.

Please indicate on the event coordination document which you prefer.  If you sign
up for set up (or sign up to tow the trailer to the show), the form will ask you for the
earliest time you can be there.  Please indicate your preference (including the time)
in this field.
