Set up went pretty well having to use an elevator to get the stuff to our
space. The show had meager attendance but all loved out set up. At
first we had a power issues on tracks 1 and 3 as I crossed wired the
bridge . On Sat. we seems to have some interconnection between the
tracks again, in command mode.???
The walk through module made it debut but was not real successful. In
the set up we induced some twisting on the opening so had to work it a
little to go back down and get the tracks aligned. We did not use it
again after set up. It really helped with that though. I got some ideas
on how to use it and maybe remake some components from the trail though.
It is in the trailer . One problem nay be that it was not seated on
the legs fully and the legs were taller than the layout, easily fixed.
Our annual meeting is less than two weeks away now. It was determined by
the board that the meeting would be at the Smiley residence at 3401
Pearce Rd. again this year. We will gather at 3:00 for the club meeting
and discussions and then plan to eat about 5. We will have Faitas
brought in for an early dinner. If you would like to bring a desert that
would be great.
Scott's train room will be open even though still under construction (
this may be a standard disclaimer for several years to come).
All members and significant others are welcome to attend. Please fill
out the coordination document so I have some idea as to how many will be
attending so the food order can be appropriate.
