24 July Fun Run at Bill's Layout

Hi Trackers,

 

Only one week until the Saturday, 24 July Fun Run on my layout.

 

I offered to have this event to fill (what was) a big gap in train operating events between our May TCA operating event and the October operating event.  

 

However, interest seems to be poor as only three of you have signed up.

 

And we now have added the TTOS National Convention in San Antonio a short two weeks later.  So, the gap in the club schedule is filled.   Perhaps my Fun Run is now redundant.

 

If you still want to have this Fun Run please cast your vote by signing up on on the Coordination Document (or by saying you aren't attending).

 

Please do so by Sunday evening July 18. 

 

Based on your responses, I'll decide on Monday whether to proceed as scheduled, shorten the hours or cancel.
