I am assuming we would set up Thurs. night after work but need at

I will plan on taking ht Day off if we get other support and
commitment to be there. I have not put this on the coordination
document because we are not confirmed yet as I have not replied to
them without knowing that we could show well.
Let me know by reply email if you can attend Fri. I need to know
