I thought some might be interested in seeing the Module Im taking to York.It will be attatched to another 400 ft of module. This ones 16 ft. Me and a couple club members built the base and now I have it home to finish scenery before the show.

I will update it as i make progress until its time to take it to the show.

Its 2 -8 fters together. Each only weighs around 38lbs so far. But that was before I poured the water and added the bridges.

Correct there is no NMRA standard for 3 rail only 2 rail ,pretty sure on that. My undersdtanding,Originally Frank Wallace started Hi railers. The O22 switches connected together to form 8 1/2". Then the club would run a third track down the middle, this is where the 4 1/4" spacing came from.

Dave Newmann changed the trailer plugs to electrical plugs and boxes and added a ground wire to EACH trach instead of just one. I think even the leg and road standard.Thom Shepler was also involved at the beginning of the clubs. You d have to ask these guys for exact details.
Most clubs start with this standard and work from there. We run 4 track main.
