David,

 

As we discussed briefly last weekend while working on the new yard modules,

 

since you're show coordinator,

 

now that we see we have the good fortune on Steve and Ed bringing their modules and the prospects of running out of space to accommodate other members's modules,

 

and since the show is still several weeks away,

 

maybe it would pay off if you did a friendly salesmanship job on the Show Event Coordinator pointing out how much better the layout could be if they could see their way clear  to give us an additional 4 feet in each direction. 

 

It might just work if you're comfortable with asking.

Is there room for the roundhouse/tt modules? I was planning on bringing them. I guess there is since I was at this event last year. :)
