Tearing Down the Layout

Hi,

We will be tearing down the layout and loading the trailer on Saturday,
January 16th at 3:00 PM.  We will run trains from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

Please update your information on the event coordination document
(http://aoot.com/ttat/private/display_event_data.cgi?fileName=TTAT_2010)
so we know who will be participating in teardown.

If you have not previously entered any data for this event, just
click on the Participate button and indicate whether or not you will be
participating in teardown.  Please select "No" for all of the other questions.

If you have previously entered data for this event, click on the Participate
button, select your name from the list box, and click on the Retreive button.
You can then change your participation data.  Please indicate whether or
not you plan to participate in teardown.  This is especially important if you
previously indicated that you would participate (when teardown was scheduled
for December 19th) and you will not be there on January 16th.
