Setting Up Downtown

Hi all,

We are setting up the layout downtown next Saturday, November 14th, at 10:00 AM.

Please indicate on the event coordination document
(http://aoot.com/ttat/private/display_event_data.cgi?fileName=TTAT_2009)
if you can participate in setup.  We need to know ASAP how many people we
can count on next week.

Also, we will be running trains every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM from
next week until December 19th.  Please indicate on the event coordination document
what Saturdays you can be there to run trains.

You can always change your participation data if you need to add or remove
dates.  Just go to the document, click on Participate, enter your name, click
on Retrieve, update your information, then click on Enter.
