1st Annual New Braunfels Model Railroad Layout Competition

Hi,

The 1st annual New Braunfels Model Railroad Layout Competition is in three
weeks (November 7th and 8th) and only two members have indicated their
level of participation.

Please indicate on the event coordination document
(http://aoot.com/ttat/private/display_event_data.cgi?fileName=NBHRMS_2009-1)
RIGHT NOW whether or not you will participate in this event.  We need to know
as soon as possible whether or not we have enough participation to honor
our commitment to them.
