Hey everyone, I spoke with my landlord and the board yesterday about tentatively
setting up the layout over the holidays in an empty retail space downtown. Based on the size of the space, and our need to refurbish
the turnouts for the sidings, the layout would be approx 23 x 35. It is
well lit, has heat, and currently has paper on all the windows so we don't have
to worry as much about someone breaking in. I can extend my business
insurance to that space since it's so close. There is also a loading
dock, and free parking until 5pm across the street on Saturdays and Sundays.
The space is right next to my own store where we will have the keys. The only request from the landlord is that we man the layout
on Saturdays through the holidays. Therefore I need to gauge interest in
doing this, so that I know if we have enough people to man the layout for 3 or
4 hours each Saturday afternoon. Can you please respond and let me know if you can
participate at least one Saturday? Thanks, Michael |
