Hi,

It is three weeks until the TCA Annual Train Meet in New Braunfels
(May 16, 2009) and we only have four members signed up for this
event.

This is the only event during the year that caters to O-gauge model
railroading.  Most of the vendors sell O-gauge equipment.  Most
of the other shows are dominated by N-gauge and HO-gauge
vendors and layouts.

We have been given a large area to use (47' x 40').  We can build
a layout comparable to the layout we had at The World's Greatest
Hobby on Tour show.  However, if we only have four members for
set up and tear down, we will probably set up a much smaller layout.

If you haven't already indicated your participation in this event, please

so we have a better idea of how many people will be there.  If you will not
be there, please indicate that on the document also.
