If we could get plain Navy blue for the rest I think that would be fine.  I don't think anything too fancy is needed for the inside.  The pictures show plastic tacked to the inside fascia.

The other option would be to retire the existing skirting, or use it when the size permits, and but new skirting that fits our largest footprint + some percent, both inside and out.

After all, we do have some pennies in the bank thanks to Lorraine.  :)
