Re: Lionel Legacy at the World's Greatest Hobby Show

Those of you with Legacy loco's please bring your Locomotive Specific Legacy Personality Modules for each Legacy steam or diesel loco you bring.  This so it can be loaded into the Legacy System at the show.

I will also have the Steam and Diesel Generic Legacy Personality Modules for loading TMCC1 personalities into the system for those who wish to do so  This is optional for TMCC1 locos and adds some neat functions and fun.

There's no rocket science required here.  This is a relatively simple and quick procedure.

The Personality Modules don't even have to be loaded to run TMCC1 locomotives with the same functionality provided by the CAB-1 Controller.  The CAB-2 just emulates the CAB-1 in this case.  And of course TMCC1 and analog locos can be run with our current CAB-1 controllers -- same as always.

Simple, easy, straighforward, fun.  Honestly.

Correct.  We'll have three Legacy CAB-2 Remotes.  Two from Bill and one from Steve.

Sounds like we have between five and ten Legacy loco's with a nice mix of steam and diesel.

And as previously stated TMCC1 loco's with Railsounds 5.0 do almost all of the same things that a Legacy loco does.  Rick and Ricky have at leat two Railsounds 5.0 loco's to add to the mix .  And I have a couple RS 5.0, too.

Yes, My question was how many CAB-2 remotes would be available.

I only have 1 Legacy equipped locomotive.

Should I bring my cab2 remote?
