We need to tear down the layout at The Railyard in preparation for the
SAMRA show on January 31, 2009.
The tear down is scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2009 at 1:00 PM.

so we know who will participate. If you won't be there, please indicate
that you will not participate in this event. If you will be there, please
indicate that you will only participate in tear down, since the other
activities (i.e. set up, and participation in the run) are irrelevant.
