4x8 club layout

Again looking forward, I no longer have a place to store the club 4x8
layout.  It is currently at the railyard set up, so you can see what it
is.  While we are able to be there, it can probably stay there.  What we
ned to find is a place for it to go when we need to move out of the
railyard.  We need a volunteer.
