Teardown At The Railyard

Hi,

I know this is a bit early, but I thought I would get a head start.

We need to tear down the layout at The Railyard on January 24, 2009 in preparation
for participating in the SAMRA Model Railroad Jamboree on January 31st in
San Antonio.

I created an event coordination document so people can indicate if they can
participate in tear down. We will tear down the layout starting at 1:00 PM
on Saturday, January 24, 2009. Please indicate whether or not you can
assist us by going to the event coordination document
(http://aoot.com/ttat/private/display_event_data.cgi?fileName=TTAT_2009),
clicking on the Participate button, and filling in your information. You may
indicate that you will attend the event, you will not participate in setup,
you will not participate on Saturday, and you will participate in teardown.
(If you cannot be there, please go to the document and indicate that
you will not attend the event.)

We need to know that we have sufficient members to load the trailer
a couple of weeks before the teardown date. Please indicate your participation
as soon as you know your schedule for January.
