New Committee

There has been some interest in dressing up the inside of the layout with
a skirt similar to the one we use on the outside of the layout.  I would
like volunteers to work on a committee to work on this idea and present a
recommendation  to the board on how best to implement this idea,
identifying the pros and cons and projecting a cost.

Please e-mail back to me if you are interested and I will hook up the
volunteers.
