RE: New Proposal: Skirts for the inside of the layout

I wonder....  is anyone interested in doing a tech session?  For those of us
that aren't very good at scenicing, there would be a great deal of benefit
to a tech session.  

Anyone volunteer to teach?  Is anyone interested in being a student?

I would love to see standard scenicing on all modules: cork roadbed, 
balast, and grass/shrubs/etc.  The module like Allan did looks great.
