The owners of schlitterbahn in New Braunfels has contacted us to see if
we would be interested in setting up our layout on their property for
the
Christmas season. They are planning to have the park open every weekend
between Thanksgiving and Though new years including the whole week of
Christmas  and new Years except for Christmas day.  They will activities
across the park and want to have some model trains.  WE would be
expected
to man the layout as much as possible but let them run the layout if we
were not present.    Hours are 5 to 9 or 10 PM.  

In order to reply to them, I need to hear back from members if they
would
be willing to man the layout at least one day during this period and
preferably more.  The members at the meeting indicate support for the
activity. 

There are many details to work out yet, our participation, running the
layout by others, security, damages, compensation.  We need a basic
level
of willingness to participate in order to continue discussions.
