Good questions.

We are set up with 5 directors that serve 3 year terms so two  or one
change out each year.  Then the departing board member can serve as an
advisor to the board .  this helps the new members be able to get
adjusted and be able to have some past to draw upon if needed.

Lately, the board has been meeting once a month on an evening at place
they determine.  Recently it has been a restaurant so dinner is purchased
by the individual to conserve on time.

Meeting s have been lasting about an hour but can be less .
