Board of Directors

our annual meeting is fast approaching on Sept. 14 at 5:00 at the Smiley
house.  Please plan to attend with spouses as dinner will be served. 
Please sign up on the show coordination document whether you will be
attending or not.

Additionally, we will have elections for two board positions that are
opening.  We have 5 in total.  I am looking for volunteers to be on the
board.  The board provides the direction for the club and determines how
we spend the club funds for improvements to the club.  I have heard from
a few interested parties but are willing to accept others to be on a
ballot which we will vote on at the meeting.  

Please plan to attend and consider being on the board.
