Re: O gauge club?
Hi Joe,
My name is Steve Wise. I'm a club member. Nice to meet you! I assume
you've seen our info on the web site? We normally do around 4-6 public
events a year around central texas. Mostly train shows in San Antonio,
New Braufels, San Marcos, and Temple. We also try to have 1-3 "fun
runs" in austin where we setup the layout and run just for our own
pleasure.
The next public event we're doing is August 16th in New Braunfels at the
Civic Center. 9am-4pm. If you go just introduce yourself to any club
member in the "lionel" orange vests. We'll have a big modular layout
and we have large sign with "Tinplate Trackers Austin Texas" on it. You
can't miss us. You can visit and learn about the club, and get some
track time if you bring a train.
Membership is $50/year.
CU!
Steve.
