Thanks for the note.

This is a reminder for Pal and all other members. Please go to the event coordination
document (http://aoot.com/ttat/private/display_event_data.cgi?fileName=TTAT_2008)
and indicate your participation in the July fun run on the document. It is not necessary
(or desired) for every member to send emails indicating whether or not
they are coming to TTAT events. The event coordination document gives us a single
place to see who is coming.

Again, please open the event coordination document, click on the Participate button
at the bottom of the document, fill in the participation form, and click on the Enter button
at the bottom of the form. If you are prompted for the userid and password, the userid
is tinplate and the password is trackers. Please fill in this form and indicate whether
you are coming to the event or not. For the members who are not coming (like Bill Lohman),
this tells us that you have considered the event and will not be there. If you don't fill
in the document, we don't know whether or not to expect you there.

If you need to change your participation data later, click on Participate on the event
coordination document, select your name on the participation form, and click on the
Retrieve button. The form will be filled in with your latest information. Make the
required changes, then click on the Enter button.
