Texas Hill Country Railfair and Festival - June 28th and 29th

We have just over two weeks before the Texas Hill Country Railfair and only
two people have signed up for setup, three for participating on Saturday,
four for Sunday, and two people are not attending.

We have to know how many people will be participating in this event.
