Event Coordination Document for the Texas Hill Country Railfair and Festival

Hi,

Please indicate your participation (including if you are NOT going to be there) for the
Texas Hill Country Railfair and Festival, June 28th and 29th, in Burnet, on the event
coordination document (http://aoot.com/ttat/private/display_event_data.cgi?fileName=ASTA_2008)
on the TTAT web site.

We especially need to know who is bringing mainline and scenery modules, who can tow the
trailer, and when you are available for set up (please indicate this in the notes section).
Since the Railfair opens at 9:00 AM on Saturday, we either have to set up REAL EARLY
on Saturday or we need to set up on Friday afternoon/evening.
