Private Modules

If you have a private mainline module, please remove all track pins before
bringing it to a TTAT run.  The track pins are now in the bridge tracks, not in
the modules.

This affects any module which is not currently in the trailer.  This includes
Ed's bridge module and one transition module, Rick's bridge module, the D3
module, and any other mainline module not listed here.
