My 2 cents – I think that if we do
this (and the children’s hospital), I would rather run the full modular
layout rather than the 4x8 – I think most kids would like to see more
than 2 trains running, with the carnival (if available), and all the scenery
that we have. The only drawback is finding time to set up the layout.
I am available to participate after 1 pm on Saturday and could
help tear-down the layout when we are done. Maybe they could let us run
Sunday too if we have enough interest…

This is one week away and
we would need about 6 to commit to the activity. It was great fun last
time several years ago. WE set up in the evening and ran trains through
the day . People waiting in line were close by .
Again, the 4x8 is less
work and at a height kids can see what is going on. Also needs
participants. Please reply to this e-mail over the week end and we will
see if there is enough interest to set up one or the other. I will plan
on caller them on Monday.
