The Austin Model Railroad Jamboree is on Saturday, October 27, 2007.

I will have our layout listed on the layout tour for Saturday from 1:00 PM
to 5:00 PM and
Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  The layout will be in the north clubhouse
of Branch
Creek Estates (Dessau Road between Parmer Lane and Howard Lane).

I created an event coordination document for the event.  Please indicate
your participation
on the document.

I would like to set up the layout on Friday afternoon (I tentatively
scheduled set up for 5:00 PM)
so people have a chance to go to the Jamboree on Saturday morning and see
the dealer's room
and seminars.  Please let me know via email you can be there on Friday
afternoon.  The
alternative is to set up on Saturday morning.  We need someone to tow the
trailer
from The Railyard to the clubhouse (and back).  Also, we need someone to
pick up the keys
to the clubhouse at Branch Creek Estates on Friday (before the office
closes).
