Steve,

Create an event coordination document for the fun run and let people sign up there.

We have the clubhouse reserved for Saturday and Sunday, not Friday.  Unless you
make other arrangements, we can't set up on Friday night.

I would suggest setup at 10:00 AM on Saturday, run until around 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM,
then run on Sunday from noon until 3:00 PM and teardown then.  Of course, if there
is a football game, you might want to have the teardown earlier.

I can support Saturday (any time) and Sunday (afternoon).

I would love to see your new roundhouse module.
