TTAT Annual Dues

John,

As you requested, I verified the due date for the annual dues for TTAT members.

Article IV, Section 9, paragraph e of the Bylaws for the Tinplate Trackers - Austin, Texas states: "Annual dues are to be paid during the first 
three (3) months of the fiscal year (i.e. between January 1st and March 31st)."  Also, according to Article IV, Section 6, paragraph a, "A 
Member is automatically suspended if he fails to pay the dues and assessments set by the Board of Directors within three (3) months of the 
due date."

Therefore, any member who does not pay his annual dues by March 31, 2007 is automatically suspended from the club and may not 
participate in any club events.
