The show actually was very well attended. Craig said he sold more on
Sunday than Sat. not usual. WE did the L layout but did not have
Plexiglass for the other two corners. Fortunately no accidents that needed
them. WE did the mirror image of Ira's plan and it fit very well into the
space available. I ran a 40 Std O train a bunch on Sat. I think
everyone got all the track time desired. One guy was selling out his
inventory from his closed store. Got some good deals there. Craig
bought left overs at the end I think.
WE did have a problem with track 2. WE could not get the TIU to power
up. WE by passed it and seemed OK. Maybe we should install a double
throw double pole switch into the power box that would allow us to select either
TIU or TMCC and not got through both. WE could also do this on
another track and then have the flexibility to use either on various
tracks.
Track 1 had a 3 volt loss at the farthest point from the jumper
connections.

The driving and tracking of the trailer was pretty much un
eventful. I do need to report a small problem that happens when you go
over some sharp grade changes, like in and out of the rail yard. The
extendable post that hold the foot for the tongue hits the ground.
Apparently, even while trying to go slow, It hit the ground and damaged the
leg. It still retracts but is bent badly on the bottom. The
little foot extension will not fit on it any more. I used a board to
prevent damaging the parking lot. I think that it needs to be cut off,
making the leg a little shorter, which would be better anyway. I think
everything will be Ok but we may need to carry a board so it will lift off
most hitches. Sorry about this but hard to avoid under traffic.
Additionally, there are still things in the old trailer. It needs
to be cleared out so we can sell it. WE need a hour of a few peoples
time to finish that and make some minor adjustments tot he new trailer now
that we have loaded it twice.

I should arrive with the trailer about 8 in the morning. WE
need to focus on set up and be running by 10.
The trailer works great. Tracks well and brakes really
work.

So what is the plan for this weekend's show? Inquiring minds want
to know.
