The SAMRA Model Railroad Jamboree will be held on January 27/28, 2007.
The Tinplate Trackers of Austin, Texas is scheduled to set up and operate
our layout at this show.  We need to know how many people will participate
from the club.

Please go to the club web site (http://www.trainweb.org/ttat), go to the
Members Area
and open the Event Coordination document for the show.  Click on the
Participate
button and fill in the information about your proposed participation at the
show.
When you are finished filling out the form, click on the Enter button.

Please fill out the form even if you cannot participate in the show.
Indicate this
on the form.  This way we know you have considered the show and we know
not to expect you there.  If you don't fill out the form, we have no way of
knowing
how many people we can expect to participate.

If you change your mind after filling out the form, you can resubmit your
participation
data.  Click on the Participate button on the main form, fill in your name
and click
on the Retrieve button.  The form will be filled in with your latest
participation
information.  Make any changes required and click on the Enter button.  Your
updated participation information will be stored for future reference.

Please do this as soon as possible so we can determine whether or not we
have
enough participation to support this show.
