Teardown at The Railyard

The landlord has leased the space we are currently occupying at The Railyard.

We can stay until the end of December, then must vacate the premises.

I propose we schedule a teardown/work day on December 30th.  We need to accomplish the following:

1. Tear down the layout
2. Modify all standard modules to fit into the new trailer.  This involves drilling a hole in the facia board
    of each module to accept a locating pin which will secure the module inside the trailer.
3. Cut down the facia boards of any module which is too tall to fit in the trailer.  I only know of one
    module which is using 4" facia boards (instead of 3") and which will probably not fit.
4. Install spacers in the trailer for securing the siding transition modules.
5. Decide where and how to store the siding, trolley, and accessory modules in the trailer.
    We have a place for the accessory modules, and may have to do some work to secure the
    siding and trolley modules.
6. Decide where and how to secure the miscellaneous items in the trailer.

I suspect this will take most of the afternoon, so I would schedule this activity from 12:00 Noon
to around 5:00 PM.  We should not plan on running trains that day.
